ABOUT

"Mauney has the perfect pop-infused voice that makes girls quiver for Link."

- Josh Austin, Green Room Reviews

Best Actor Winner -

New Short Play Festival S.5&6

("Something in the Water" & "The Match")

"One standout among many is Act I’s “Blood in the Water,” in which Professor Callahan, played by Andrew Mauney, schools his new students about what being a lawyer is really all about."
          -CHRISTINA KOOMEN, The Roanoke Times

Andrew Mauney is a very odd breed of actor. With a degree from Miami University (the one in Ohio) in Management Information Systems, he is one of only a few Corporate America dorks turned thespian that he knows. After working at a desk for a year, he had a quarter-life crisis and moved to New York City to study musical theater at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA).

Andrew started doing theater in native Pittsburgh when he was eight, playing the title role in Pinocchio. He made his professional debut many years later in the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina's production of "My Fair Lady" in Hilton Head, SC.  Since then, he has been fortunate to be consistently working off-Broadway, regionally, or touring around the US. He has also been seen on the big and little screen with several TV/film projects and is a proud member of both acting unions, AEA and SAG-AFTRA.

He owes all of his success to a wondrous God, his incredible family, his beautiful Morgana, and his amazing friends for always giving undying support in this wild ride!
