Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy To respect both your time and your trainer’s schedule, please review the following guidelines: Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session at least 12 hours before your appointment with no penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the session cost will be charged. Refunds: All package purchases and individual sessions are non-refundable.
