Class Schedule

Come for the workout, stay for the stories...
MauneyFIT got its start thanks to a little known virus named Corona. Andrew and Morgana Mauney, both NYC based fitness professionals, quickly found themselves out of a job. Longing for a sense of community (and a paycheck), they took to the internet and began teaching workout classes via Zoom. Slowly, the idea sank in that maybe this could be more than just a temporary thing, and MauneyFIT was born! We hope you enjoy taking as much as we enjoy teaching.
General Class Info:
- 45 minutes
- $10 per class
- All via Zoom
Equipment requirements*:
- Weights (dumbbells, cans, wine, etc...)
- Theraband
- Booty Bands
- Gliders (paper plates, fuzzy socks,
dish towel)
- Mat
- Chair/couch/sturdy furniture
*not all equipment needed for all classes

Private 1-on-1 class:

- standard 45 minute class
- $50/session
- can be scheduled around your availability
Small Group Class:
- Available w/ Morgana or Andrew
- standard 45 minute class
- $50/session for first 5 people, $10/person over 5.
- can be scheduled around your availability
Event/Party:
- Available w/ Morgana or Andrew
- Any desired length of class up to 60 minutes
- $50/session for first 5 people, $10/person over 5.

Personal Training:
- Available w/ Andrew
